CAREER DEVELOPMENT SYMPOSIUM 2026 will be hosted at the modern, academic setting of SFU Harbour Centre. 

Simon Fraser University opened its Harbour Centre campus in 1989. As BC’s first urban campus, it marked a new era in post-secondary education.  The conference centre is conveniently situated in downtown Vancouver, easily accessible by public transit. 

This academic space sets perfect stage for our upcoming conference.

We do not have a negotiated conference hotel rate for this event. However, there are several hotels near SFU Harbour Centre (Downtown Vancouver) that offer a range of price points and are within walking distance .

Nearby options include Delta Hotels Vancouver Downtown Suites and EXchange Hotel Vancouver for those who prefer to stay very close to the venue, Victorian Hotel for a boutique downtown stay, Fairmont Waterfront for a higher-end harbour front option, and more budget-conscious choices such as YWCA Hotel Vancouver and Samesun Vancouver.
